We have compiled a list of very important information for merchants, the Merchant Handbook. The Merchant Handbook includes everything from commission amounts to dashboard navigation to shipping and more. As an online marketplace, we are required to handle merchant tax in a specific way, and this process is covered within our Merchant Handbook.
Subscription Options
We offer our Marketplace services exclusively to ‘creators’. Everything listed for sale on this marketplace must be original. We openly welcome content creators, artists, models, makers, and any other type of hobbyist or professional who intends to list personally-crafted (or commissioned) items for sale. We will not, under any circumstance, allow resellers, major brand names, or any other such entity to participate in the Marketplace aspect of [dephoro]. We do, however, allow everyone to register as a merchant on [dephoro] Market. Additionally, we offer business-scale website construction services to anyone who wishes to utilize it. This is “A Creator Marketplace” and we will be proactive in maintaining that culture. If you wish to start selling your merchandise on the [dephoro] Marketplace, simply choose an option below. Similarly, until we fully develop and launch our order fulfillment service, order fulfillment is the merchant’s responsibility. The Merchant Handbook, which contains the previously mentioned information, also contains information pertaining to what you can and cannot do as a Merchant. On a similar note, please read through our Terms & Conditions page, which lays out a strict set of legally enforceable rules that every merchant must abide by. For legal reasons, Merchants who wish to enroll as Auctioneers must go through an approval process. The same is true of Merchants or Creators who wish to host a charity auction.
Program Details
[dephoro] Merch is populated by creators just like you… in a “let’s work together to achieve something big” sort of way. [dephoro] Network merchants get discounts on most other [dephoro] services, like [dephoro] Host. Additionally, [dephoro] Corporation will donate a portion of every sale (from our own pockets, don’t worry) to [dephoro] Dream, our non-profit partner. It’s a help us help everyone situation, and all you have to do is be your awesome self! On top of all of that, we also have an affiliate program so your community can help support you and get paid for doing so.
